I had the opportunity to present my program Kerry Brett Lifestyle Portraits to the Professional Photographers of Maine on Saturday February 26th in Freeport. Everyone seemed to enjoy my presentation, I had a lot of laughs and a lot of Red Bull!
On Sunday February 27th I judged the annual print competition with fellow photographers Jim Churchill, Don Chick, Gene, Rene and Joan Genest. I learned so much from all of the affiliated judges. I hope they are kind to me when they in their reviews of how I did. I think they will - I stapled a twenty dollar bill to each of their forms! ;)

First of all I want to say awesome blog! I had a quick
question which I'd like to ask if you don't mind.
I was interested to find out how you center yourself and
clear your head prior to writing. I have had difficulty clearing my thoughts in
getting my thoughts out there. I do take pleasure in writing however it just seems
like the first 10 to 15 minutes are wasted just trying to figure out how to begin.
Any suggestions or hints? Appreciate it!
